If you want to know more about Hauma, we have good news. There’s a free-to-play demo of the game this coming Steam Fest starting June 13.

The game is being developed by Senam Games and this is their first working title as a studio. Anyway, for those who can’t wait, there’s a 10-minute free demo available on Itch.io. To access it, sign up for the Senam Games newsletter and get the demo link and code. You can access the newsletter here and the official Discord channel here.

What’s Hauma about? It’s a fact-fiction deduction point-and-click adventure set in Munich. The objective is to work with former detective Judith and learn more about the conspiracy among the upper echelons of society. There are a lot of historic locations to explore and things to do like collecting items, solving puzzles, and even coming up with investigative deductions.

The game features investigation mechanics where players piece together clues or evidence to move forward. There’s also a fully voiced cinematic adventure to enjoy that features a charismatic cast of characters. Players get the chance to immerse themselves within the narrative as they engage with the depths of society from Judith’s perspective.

By the way, the game isn't heavy on machines considering the minimum system requirements on PC are:

  • OS: Windows 7 or later
  • Processor: Intel Core i3 or equivalent
  • Memory: 2,000 MB RAM
  • Graphics: Intel HD Graphics
  • Storage: 400 MB available space

Hauma is coming out later this year and you can wishlist it on Steam here.

Steam Next Fest

The upcoming Steam Next Fest is from June 13 to June 20. It's a multi-day celebration of upcoming games where everyone can explore and play hundreds of game demos. That's not all since fans can also watch developer livestreams and even chat with teams about their games in progress. That means, in addition to Hauma , there are other games to check out and enjoy.

During last year's Steam Next Fest, some of the games featured were Martha is Dead, Sable, Idol Manager, and Cats in Time.

What about you? What other games do you hope to try during this summer’s Steam Next Fest?
