We definitely love what we see so far and it's exciting to see the live-action interpretation of Ghost in the Shell's iconic New Port City. The mix of futuristic architecture, infrastructure and the massive holographic banners and advertisements breathe life and density into the fictional world.

The clip immediately dives right into the ethical implications of cybernetic technology that has consumed the futuristic society.

"A machine can't lead, it can only follow orders," said Dr. Ouélet, played by Juliette Binoche. "A machine can't imagine, or care, or intuit. But as a human mind in a cybernetic frame, Mira can do all those things and more.'

"The first of her kind," says Hanka CEO Cutter (Peter Ferdinando). "She will join Section 9 as soon as she's operational."

"Please don't do that. You're reducing a complex human into a machine."

"I don't think of her as a machine, but as a weapon... and the future of my company."

The scene in the remainder of the video was scene a week ago. Mira Killian is the Major (Scarlett Johansson), and she shows her asset to the company very quickly in this scene, using her thermoptic suit's cloaking ability to breach and take down a room full of terrorists and rogue geishas that attacked and hacked a man during a business dinner.

Just moments before the terrorist attack, the men talked about the convenience and instant gratification of cyber enhancement, despite the risk to individuality, identity and the human soul. Pity how quickly all the things he proudly possessed in his mind were so quickly and easily extracted.

Ghost in the Shell arrives in theaters on March 31. Did you like the trailer? Are you excited for the movie? Let us know in the comment section below!
