A few weeks ago, the Epic Game Store gave away 12 games free in a holiday promotional event. These are not the only games that customers have received from EGS as a gift. This week we can get our hands on Farming Simulator 19 for free, no strings attached. It doesn’t matter whether you install the game or not, you can keep it forever. Although, it is worth noting that only the base game is currently free. If you like Farming Simulator 19 then you can choose to purchase the expansion packs. The game is only available until next Thursday, Feb. 6 at 11 a.m. EST.
To redeem the game you have to follow these steps:
- Create an account on Epic Game Store
- Go down to Free Games section
- Claim the normal Edition of the game
- Checkout from the purchase order
After that, it will be added to your library.
Farming Simulator 19 was released on November 20, 2018. The game features a redesigned graphics engine. You play as a farmer where you can expand your farms in the US and Europe. Horse farming, oats, and cotton have also been added in the game. There are over 300 machines from several famous manufacturers that you can use. John Deere machinery has been added for the first time. Two new DLCs are also available: the first one is the brand new John Deere Cotton DLC which was released on July 23, 2019, and the second one is the Claas DLC which added several tractors and was released on October 22, 2019.
The Epic Store doesn’t seem to slow down, as next week EGS is giving away three board games: Carcassonne, Ticket to Ride and Pandemic.
