Nvidia released the new Game Ready driver on June 22 that delivers RTX technology support to several games including DOOM Eternal, Escape From Tarkov, LEGO Builder's Journey, and Rust. The update aims to improve visual fidelity, performance, and reduce system latency in these titles.

Speaking of what this update brings to the above-mentioned titles, in DOOM Eternal, RTX graphics card owners can now rip and tear through demons while having ray tracing on, and at the same time, prevent performance loss with Nvidia DLSS resolution upscaling technology. Id Software will introduce ray-traced reflections and DLSS in DOOM Eternal on June 29.

In Escape From Tarkov, players can expect low latency with Nvidia Reflex technology. Nvidia claims that Escape From Tarkov players can expect a reduced latency of up to 38%.

Similarly, LEGO Builder's Journey, which launched on June 22, 2021, has also received a bunch of ray-traced effects and performance boost with DLSS. According to Nvidia, with DLSS, LEGO Builder's Journey will have a performance boost of up to 92%.

Finally, Rust is receiving Nvidia DLSS support from July 1. Rust had already received support for Nvidia Reflex back in May and it is good to see that the widely praised survival game is also getting more Nvidia enhancements.

Besides those, the driver has rolled out as well the support for the upcoming F1 2021, G-Sync compatibility for four new monitors, and four new GeForce Optimal setting profiles.

Nvidia also made extra GeForce Experience enhancements, including a highly requested feature:

  • With the new driver installed, players will be able to capture HDR screenshots for all GeForce Experience supported games with a single click.
  • The addition of the new Sharpen+ Freestyle filter that uses depth to enhance visual quality.
  • As requested by the community, Nvidia has fixed the "N/A" icon that used to appear when enabling the FPS counter in the performance overlay.
  • Nvidia has added status messages during the GPU tuning process to improve user experience.

You can download the new GeForce Game Ready driver through GeForce Experience on your PC.
