Disciples: Liberation is a dark fantasy, strategy RPG with turn-based combat. Your mission is to liberate the land of Nevendaar and uncover its secrets. Every decision that you make can have a profound impact, so make sure to think things through before making your move.

Anyway, Update 1.1 is now available and it features new difficulty options and a host of other improvements. Bug fixes have also been implemented.

New Features

The game can be complex at times and those who just want to breeze through the story can change the difficulty level to Story mode. If you want things to be really challenging, Brutal difficulty is an option as well. You can change the difficulty level when you start a new game or through the gameplay settings screen.

In addition, new mechanics or “interactables” such as the Summoning Portal and the Unstable Mana Shard have been added. The Summoning Portal, for example, allows you to summon a powerful ally to the battlefield upon activating all of the magic symbols around it. This unit can join you even after battle.

Another nifty feature in Update 1.1 is the ability to increase the combat speed up to 300%. You no longer have to spend a lot of time waiting for the animations just to finish.
