Behaviour Interactive has released a minor patch for Dead by Daylight that fixes several issues related to the Cenobite. The devs have also reverted the pallet design to the old visuals. While there is no explanation as to why they did this, it is probably because the new pallets can blend with the environment making it hard for those who are color blind to see them.

The Cenobite or Pinhead is a very popular choice among many players. That said, the developers have fixed some issues plaguing the iconic character since he was introduced in the game.

Those who frequently use Pinhead will be stoked to find that performing a lunge attack no longer loses momentum when changing directions. In addition, some sound-related issues are resolved in Patch 5.2.2, specifically the one where his Gateway SFX continues playing after triggering the attack and his chase music not restarting after using Summons of Pain during a pursuit.

For PC users, you may have noticed that the game would be set to 4K resolution by default in some instances. This may result in a huge performance drop, especially for those who are running modest systems. This has been fixed in the latest update.
