The previous episodes of DC Universe Online have been mainly about the heroes like World of Flashpoint and Love Live the Legion. In this latest, the villains take the center stage. The Legion of Doom, led by none other than Lex Luthor, has returned and is threatening both this world and the whole multiverse. This episode is free for all players.
So why is the Legion of Doom doing this in the first place? It turns out it’s all about serving Perpetua. Considered as the first creator of the Multiverse, she’s also the mother of the Monitor, Anti-Monitor, and the World Forger. The good news is, everyone has been training in The Monitor's House of Legends. That means it’s time to show them the results of that training and save the multiverse.

- Look for Doomed Washington D.C. in the Warp Menu or use the teleporter in the House of Legends.

- Confront Sinestro and his Ultraviolet Lanterns planning to attack Earth from a repurposed LexCorp moon base.
- Open the On Duty Menu and look for Legion of Doom: Umbrax the Ultraviolet.

- For the Event Version – look for Legion of Doom: Umbrax the Ultraviolet (Event) in the On Duty Menu.
- Minimum Level: 15
- New Alert – Legion of Doom: The One Who Waits
- Go to the League Hall with Martian Manhunter and meet with Mister Mxyzptlk, who for some reason has agreed to help. However, something about it feels off.
- Open the On Duty Menu and look for Legion of Doom: The One Who Waits.
- Combat Rating: 333
- For the Event Version – look Legion of Doom: The One Who Waits (Event) in the On Duty Menu.
- Minimum Level: 15
- New Raid – Legion of Doom: The Sixth Dimension
- Convince The World Forger of The Sixth Dimension to join forces not only with The Monitor but also with The Anti-Monitor to stand against Perpetua.
- Open the On Duty Menu and look for Legion of Doom: The Sixth Dimension.
- Combat Rating: 333
- For the Event Version – look for Legion of Doom: The Sixth Dimension (Event) in the On Duty Menu.

- Earn new event currency: Justice Tokens.
