Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.5 CD Projekt

Cyberpunk 2077 has been out for more than one year and two months now. Even after all this time, the game still needs a lot of work. However, it’s nice to see that the developer hasn’t abandoned the game yet. Yesterday, CD Projekt released the biggest patch to date. Patch 1.5 brings new content, reworks existing features, adds DLCs, and fixes hundreds of bugs.

Apartments

Players will now be able to rent apartments after completing the “Playing for Time” quest. There are four apartments available ranging from €$5,000 to €$55,000. Don’t worry though, you only need to pay the fee once. Temporary boosts can be gained via an apartment. Taking a shower will give you a “Refreshed” status, Sleeping will give you a “Rested” status, and brewing coffee will give you an “Energized” status. All effects last for an hour.

  • Refreshed: This allows you to regenerate Health during combat. Health will regenerate on its own up to 60% of the maximum threshold.
  • Rested: Gain +20% Skill XP.
  • Energized: +25% Max Stamina and +30% Stamina Regen.

New Weapons and Attachments

You now have another reason to visit Wilson’s 2nd Amendment Store. Two new weapons have been added: Darra Polytechnic Umbra (Power AR) and Budget Arms Guillotine (Power SMG). Four new weapon scopes and ten new muzzle brakes can also be purchased.

Photo Mode and Appearance Customization

Photo Mode received several new poses for both V and Johnny Silverhand. Silverhand’s poses can only be used in flashback scenes, however.

Players can now tweak the hair, make-up, piercing, etc., of their characters. You will have to use the mirror in your apartments or safe houses. New make-up and color options have been added as well.

More Changes

As mentioned above, yesterday’s patch made a lot of changes. It improved the combat and NPC AI, driving is now better, and changes to Cyberware, Combat, and more have been made. The Perks System has been completely reworked, where new perks are added and some useless old ones removed. You can read all about it via the official site.

Along with Patch 1.5, CD Projekt also released the next-gen upgrade of the game. You can read more about it via our previous article.
