Crysis Remastered Trilogy was released on PC and Consoles recently. The compilation costs $50 and brings single-player campaigns of three games ( Warhead not included). All three remasters featured major improvements compared to the originals.
During a Twitch stream, two developers at Crytek detailed the enhancements in Crysis 2 Remastered. Some upgrades are available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, but others are exclusive to PC.
Crysis 2 Remastered boasted both hardware- and software-based ray tracing. However, both are exclusive to PC, meaning that even if you own the newest consoles, you won’t get RT support. This is weird because Crysis 1 Remastered did support RT for consoles. The PC version also included NVIDIA DLSS support and shadows on Water.
The newest consoles could run the game at 60 FPS with up to 4K resolution support. Added features include 60 FPS weapon animation and 60 FPS water ripples animation. The stream revealed that HDR support would be brought to every platform via a Day Zero Patch.
