Wolfenstein 2’s second DLC, The Diaries of Agent Silent Death, is now available to play on PS4, Xbox One and PC. To celebrate, Bethesda has released a new trailer, which can be viewed below.

In The Diaries of Agent Silent Death, players take on the role of former OSS agent and assassin, Jessica Valiant, as she infiltrates a Hollywood studio in search of revenge against the Nazis. Like the previous DLC, The Diaries of Agent Silent Death is separate from the main Wolfenstein 2 story, so don’t expect to see BJ Blazkowicz.

All three DLC packs revolve around one of the special upgrades you can unlock in the main Wolfenstein 2 campaign. The first DLC, The Adventures of Gunslinger Joe, was all about the charge ability that enabled Joe to smash through walls. The Diaries of Agent Silent Death heavily features the sneaky crawling ability, and as the DLC’s name would suggest, is all about stealth gameplay.

To start the DLC, you must first play through the campaign until you’ve unlocked the Eva’s Hammer hub level. Once here, the DLC will be made available on the main menu of Wolfenstein 2.

Along with the DLC release, there will also be an update released for everyone (not just those with the DLC), to address bugs and other minor issues. The full list of changes are as follows:

  • Various optimizations and bug fixes

  • Updated difficulty balancing

  • More prominent damage direction indicators

If you haven’t gotten the Season Pass for Wolfenstein 2 yet, it is still available for $24.99. The pass includes three DLC side stories and a fourth intro campaign that is incredibly short. Two of the three DLC packs have already released, and you can read a review of Gunslinger Joe right here. A Player. One review for The Diaries of Agent Silent Death will be posted in the next day or two.

So what do you think? Are you excited to play more Wolfenstein 2, even if the main cast isn’t around this time? Would you have rather seen DLC revolving around the Eva’s Hammer crew instead? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.

Wolfenstein 2 DLC Review: The Diaries Of Agent Silent Death Is Meh
Wolfenstein 2’s second DLC, The Diaries Of Agent Silent Death, isn’t bad, but does nothing to impress.
  • Still the same great Wolfenstein 2 gameplay
  • Decent voice acting
  • Stealth gameplay isn't great and shouldn't have been the focus of a DLC
  • Anticlimactic finale
