This Week In The Crew 2: Time To Go Big By Going Triple XL

Go big!
Go big! Ubisoft

When people talk about racing, the first thing that comes to mind is typically carbon bodywork and a lightweight chassis. There are times, however, when it’s better to get inside what may be the hardiest of vehicles. This week in The Crew 2 is all about Triple XL and how biggest is always better. The Live Summit starts on June 10 and ends on June 16.

Some of the courses in this week’s LIVE Summit include Death Valley and the Temecula Wineries Special Stage where racers need to be inside a Hummer. Meanwhile for the Golden Hills Everyzon Track, it’s going to be the F-150 Raptor Race Truck.

Like with any LIVE Summit, some skills are going to be tested. There is Escape, where players need to get away as fast as they can from an ever expanding and growing red circle. The catch is that everyone is bound to be caught by this circle so the goal is to try and beat a set target. Racing fans will be glad to know that Slalom is also included this week. Finally, there is Aerobatic, where everyone need to go to the air.

If those appear to be difficult, don’t worry too much since there is always the LIVE Summit Bundle to help. This week, the Triple XL Bundle offers the Chrysler 300 SRT8 (SR), Hummer H1 Alpha (MT), Ford F-150 SVT Raptor (TC), Mercedes-Benz GLC 250 4MATIC Coupe (SR), and the Hummer H1 Alpha Evo 2 (RR).

That’s not all that’s offered this week, since there is also the Unlimited Power 6 Bundle which comes with the Koenigsegg Jesko (HC) and the McLaren F1 (HC).

That said, what do players get after taking part in this week’s LIVE Summit? The rewards offered include:

  • Platinum: Monster Truck Legendary Parts (Nitro Chemist Set; Gifted & Graceful Affix)
  • Gold: “Unsatisfied” Emote
  • Silver: Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 (MT)
  • Bronze: 300K Followers

The Crew 2 is a racing video game that offers an open world environment where players can free-roam on a scaled-version of the US. While the game does allow players to control cars, it also gives them access to a wide range of vehicles like motorcycles, boats, and even airplanes. The game is available on the PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Stadia.
