The release of the next major The Crew 2 update is just around the corner and there’s no question that a lot of players are excited to see what it has to offer. Before that drops, however, there is still plenty to do in The Crew 2 right now.

The LIVE Summit this week is all about asking if you Need a Ride? Well, in case you do, you’re in for a treat as you get to experience what it means to be behind the wheel of a DeLorean. In addition, the main focus this week is that everyone gets to try not one, but two themed PvE events. The first is The Strange Case of 1950 where you get to go inside a DMC-12. The second is Wide Wide West which puts you in the seat of a Monster Truck.

As usual, there are three skills to be tested this week. One of them is Escape, where you need to get away from an ever-expanding red circle. This difference this week is that Escape is being held over water, particularly the Colorado River. The second skill is Speedtrap, where players need to go as fast as they can and have their speed recorded in front of a camera. Players go to St. Louis for this one. Finally, there is Slalom, where racers need to drive their way across a set course which is in Big Sur, California.

There are also the usual races that players need to complete. These include the Jersey Race Track and Harlem East. Get a chance to test your skill as well in the Going Back To My Roots touring car event.

In order to help you finish the races and the skills, the bundle in this week’s LIVE Summit offers:

  • DeLorean DMC 12 (1981) – Street Race
  • Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR Uhlenhaut Coupé (W196) (1955) – Touring Car
  • Dodge Charger R/T Hemi® (1969) – Rally Cross
  • PROTO Alpha Mark II (2018) – Alpha Grand Prix

So what’s in store for everyone this week? Rewards include:

  • Platinum: DeLorean DMC 12 (1981) Monster Truck
  • Gold: Old Vibe Tire
  • Silver: 52.5K Spare Parts
  • Bronze: 400K Followers

As mentioned, a major update is set to be launched this November. It’s going to change how LIVE events are going to be held. You can read more about that here.
