One of your favorite characters appeared in the latest The Walking Dead Season 7 trailer and you probably missed it. Maybe. If it’s really him, that is.

The Walking Dead is really pushing Negan’s uprising in its marketing of the show’s October premiere, with the latest teaser showing how bad the villain can be. The trailer showed quick images of some of The Walking Dead characters encountering walkers. Negan puffed out his chest and said a few intimidating words.

However, it didn’t take long for the internet to notice something in The Walking Dead Season 7 trailer.

Yeah, if you weren’t looking for it, you’d probably never noticed the red-haired man being attacked by zombies. That man is believed to be none other than Abraham.

[SPOILER WARNING: IF YOU DON’T WANT TO KNOW WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN TO ABE STOP READING HERE.] …..WE SAID STOP READING. IT’S NOT TOO LATE…..

Why is this a big deal? Well, rumor has it Abraham will be the first of Negan’s Lucille victims in The Walking Dead Season 7 premiere . Negan doesn’t like machismo, as in his mind there’s no one tougher than him. If you recall, Abraham stood up straight the moment Negan pointed Lucille at him. Abraham gave Negan a “I wish you would Motherdick” look as he sung his bat.

If Abraham is dead , why would we see him wrestling off a zombie? A could be a flashback scene fans will see in The Walking Dead Season 7 or another character that has yet to be introduced to the show. It’s also possible the rumor, which originated from The Spoiling Dead , could be inaccurate and Abe is still alive in The Walking Dead TV universe. However, director Greg Nicotero recently seemed to let slip there will be deaths (yes, plural) in the show.

Still, it wouldn’t make sense to keep Abraham on the show at this point. Rick has his right hand in Michonne and left hand in Daryl. Abraham has served his purpose of getting the characters out of Georgia, though the show won’t be the same without his one-liners. If Abraham does die, fans should buy Bisquick and make pancakes in his honor.

Do you think Abraham will die The Walking Dead Season 7? Let us know in the comments below. The Walking Dead Season 7 premieres Oct. 23 on AMC.
