Uncharted 4: A Thief's End did not disappoint the fans (check out our Uncharted 4 review here) and early metrics indicate the latest adventure game from Naughty Dog is a hit. According to Sony Interactive Entertainment, a total of 2.7 million copies of Uncharted were sold in the first week.
Based on the data, which counts both physical copies purchased via retail stores as well as digital copies, Uncharted 4 takes the record for the fastest-selling first-party game for the current PlayStation 4 console.
"A huge congratulations goes out to Naughty Dog for an incredible feat," wrote PlayStation blog. "The success of the game is a testament to the caliber of the team at Naughty Dog and their unwavering commitment to their fans."
