It years longer than many fans wanted, but we finally have a release date for Tekken 7. Bandai Namco also released new information on the Tekken 7 Collector’s Edition that will be available when the fighting game heads to physical and digital retailers later this year.

It’s not clear if Monday morning was when Bandai Namco actually planned to make today’s exciting Tekken 7 announcements. Last week, the publisher promised to reveal more information about the game’s launch window but stopped short of telling us when to expect the news. But an early morning leak on Amazon may have forced Bandai Namco’s hand, and we’re pretty sure there won’t be any complaints from the Tekken 7 community. Here’s everything we know about the Tekken 7 release date.

Tekken 7 heads to stores this June, less than two weeks before the E3 2017, and will be available in both standard and Collector’s Edition varieties. The former will run $59.99 and include the Eliza DLC, for those who pre-order Tekken 7 , while the Collector’s Edition will cost an extra $90 dollars. The bundle will include a 12-inch by 18-inch statue of Kazuya delivering a kick to Heihachi, a SteelBook case for the game and the Tekken 7 soundtrack. Strangely, it won’t include the Tekken 7 Season Pass, which covers three add-ons comprised of “ new playable characters, new stages, a new game mode [and] costume packs.” Those who purchase the Tekken 7 Season Pass will also receive a 35-piece Metallic Costume DLC. A digital bundle, Tekken 7 Digital Deluxe Edition, includes the base game and season pass.

Those who preorder Tekken 7 on Xbox One will also receive a free copy of Tekken 6. PlayStation 4 owners who preorder the game will receive "legacy costumes" for Jin, King and Xiaoyu, inspired by costumes from Tekken 2 and Tekken 4, along with a special Jukebox Mode for featuring "classic Tekken tracks."

Tekken 7 is in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The game debuts June 2, 2017.
