October is here and that means a whole new set of events available in Star Wars: The Old Republic. There’s a total of three main events which are sure to make everyone excited.

Before we take a look at these events, there’s a Double XP Event from October 12 until November 2.

The Pirates are Here

The first main event of the month is Pirate Incursion and it actually starts today and runs until October 12. To join the event, players need to be at least Level 20.

This event puts players on Dantooine, a remote planet stuck in the middle of a fight between the Galactic Republic and the dreaded Sith Empire. Secretly helped by covert Imperial forces, the Nova Blade pirates are planning an all-out attack. While the Republic tries its best to defend the territory, the Empire hopes to make the most of the chaos.

For the event, featured rewards are:

  • Nova Blade and Dantooine Homesteader Armor Sets
  • Ugnaught Companion
  • Walker Mount
  • Kath Hound Mount
  • Kath Hound Mini-pet
  • Dantooine-inspired Stronghold Decorations

The Hutts Attempt a Comeback

After Pirate Incursion, players are immediately thrust into Feast of Prosperity. Available for players at least Level 20, it starts October 12 and ends November 2.

The story goes that over the years, the reputation of the Hutt Cartel has taken a hit and no longer instills the fear and respect it once had. In an attempt to return the influence of the Cartel, Gaboorga the Abundant and Duuba the Magnanimous are planning what could be the most lavish of banquets. The problem is that these two up-and-coming Hutts are constantly undermining each other.

For the duration of the event, a new Story Mission is unlocked each week to move the story forward. This should lead to the final choice by the third week, which is either Gaboorga or Duuba.

This is not actually the first time the event has been held, and those who have participated in the past can immediately take on the Daily Missions and the mini-games. First-time players need to wait for the Story Mission to be unlocked.

Featured rewards are:

  • Feast Trader's Armor Set (New)
  • Roast Scyk Belly and Feast of Prosperity Poster decorations (New)
  • Feast Attire and Feast Preparation Hat
  • Feast Ingredient Transport Mount
  • Hairless Mudhorn and Earthen Thurrb Mini-pets
  • Feel the Groove and Toast emotes
  • Overstuffed Backpack and Food Launcher Toys

Get the Bounty

Finally, there is Bounty Contract Week from October 19 to October 26. Unlike the first two events, this one only needs players to be at least Level 15.

Players who are willing to take on dangerous contracts can go to the Bounty Brokers Association, which is opening its doors for a limited time. Contracts are available for seasoned and rookie hunters.

For each day of the event, players can sign up for one standard Henchman contract and one high-profile Kingpin Contract. Those who can complete five standard contracts unlock Kingpin missions that offer bigger loot.

Featured rewards are:

  • Reputation with the Bounty Brokers Association
  • Bounty Tracker’s Armor Set and Contract Hunter’s Armor Set
  • Assassin’s Bowcaster and Elite Tracker’s Bowcaster weapons
  • Lobelot, Swamp Kell Drake, and Drink Server Probe Mini-pets
  • BH-7X Custom Hunter Mount

Released in 2011, Star Wars: The Old Republic is available on PC.
