The year is about to end but Star Wars: The Old Republic is not slowing down. Some exciting events are happening this month. In fact, three of these start today bringing with them good rewards.
Let’s start with the 10th Anniversary celebration, which begins today and runs for an entire year. That means this is ending in January 2023. Just a quick background, the anniversary is on December 20.
To celebrate this milestone, a special “Anniversary Personnel” vendor can be found on the fleet with new Class Ship Stronghold Decorations. In addition, all previous anniversary rewards will be available for the duration of the event. What else? The Coruscant and Dromund Kaas Strongholds are available for only 10 credits each.

- Commemorative Statues of HK-51, Valkorian, and Malgus
- Senya Holo-statue
- Fireworks Celebratory Backpack
- Several Stronghold Decoration posters

Here are the other two events, also starting today:
- Pirate Incursion
- December 14 to December 21
- Requirement: Level 20+
- Details:
- The remote planet Dantooine has found itself in the middle of the fight between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. Covert Imperial forces have managed to convince the Nova Blade pirates to stage an all-out attack on the planet. As the Republic does what it can to defend this key territory, the Empire is hoping to make the most out of all the chaos and deal a major blow to this longtime Republic bastion.

Other Events
Two other events are happening and one of these is the Double XP Event, from December 20 to January 4. Here, everyone can enjoy Double XP, Valor, and Renown.
Finally, there is Bounty Contract Week from December 28 to January 4. This is for players who are at least Level 15. For each day of this event, everyone can sign up for one standard Henchman contract and one high profile Kingpin Contract. Finish five standard contracts to unlock Kingpin missions that come with even bigger loot. Rewards for the event include:
- Reputation with the Bounty Brokers Association
- Bounty Tracker’s Armor Set and Contract Hunter’s Armor Set
- Assassin’s Bowcaster and Elite Tracker’s Bowcaster weapons
- Lobelot, Swamp Kell Drake, and Drink Server Probe Mini-pets
- BH-7X Custom Hunter Mount
