Spellforce 3: "Reforced" Update Adds New Game Modes and Content

Spellforce 3 has recently received a free update that the developers call “Reforced.” The improvements and changes in this patch are available not only in the base game but also in Soul Harvest and Fallen God.

New Game Modes

Two new game modes, Journey and Arena, are now available. Similar to Spellforce’s “Free Game Mode,” the Journey Mode gives you over 20 hours of unique content with high replay value.

The Arena Mode, on the other hand, is where you will start the game with a fresh character. Be prepared as you will encounter endless waves of enemies. You can compete with other people in the leaderboards by purchasing items and spells from the merchants.

Both new modes are available in co-op experience as well.

New Content

Set in a mountainous environment, the Bitter Canyon is the latest Skirmish map in Spellforce 3. In addition, the Bitter Canyon and Hard Rock maps have been added to the ranked map pool, while the Old Battlegrounds and the Mystic Valley are removed.

It is also worth noting that the Ladder progress has been reset, so if you want to reach the top of the leaderboards, now is the perfect time to do so.
