Good news for fans of The King of Fighters! SNK is putting up a booth at the Evolution Championship Series 2022; the booth is located in the Bayside Exhibit Halls in the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. It's going to be there from August 5 to August 7.
At the booth, fans get the chance to play King of Fighters XV Team Awakened Orochi DLC. Set to be released this August, there will be a play corner where fans can be the first to try the DLC. Retro titles from SNK and Samurai Shodown are available to play as well.
Other activities fans can look forward to in the SNK booth include:
- KOF XV Developer Autograph Session
- KOF XV Chief Producer Yasuyuki Oda and KOF XV Game Director Kaito Soranaka will have signing sessions on August 5 and August 6.
- The time is to be announced at a later date.
- SNK Museum
- Rediscover classic SNK gems from the past at the dedicated museum.
- Fans can enjoy region-specific collector edition items, marvelous illustrations, and more.
- Photo Corner and SNS Campaign
- Join an exclusive raffle by taking a photo at the SNK Booth Photo Area and tweeting it with the hashtag #SNKEVO.
- Prizes include limited-edition games and special KOF XV t-shirts.
- All those who send entries will receive a complimentary EVO 2022 present.

- KOF XV Developer Panel Discussion (August 5)
- A panel discussion on the development of the DLC Team Awakened Orochi and other SNK titles, to be discussed by:
- KOF XV Chief Producer Yasuyuki Oda

- Game Director Kaito Soranaka
- Those who can't attend in person need not worry since a livestream of the activity is being planned.
- SNK Sound Team Special Live Session Video (August 5)
- The SNK Sound Team is set to showcase a live session video of selected songs from SNK's most popular series, such as King of Fighters, Samurai Shodown, and Fatal Fury.
- Livestreaming is also planned.
- Screening and stream times to be announced at a later date.
Those who want to get their hands on merch can visit the booth for KOF XV original t-shirts and other popular SNK goods, all straight from Japan on sale. There are also Nintendo Switch controller skins for Samurai Shodown and NEOGEO stickers to be given away. Items are limited, so remember to be quick about it.
