It’s that time of the year again when everyone is gearing up for the holidays. The Sims Mobile has you covered with the Hearty Holidays update. In particular, the Sim Festival Season 5 is sure to put you in the mood for Christmas.
For this one, Kevin McCrabkin is making his way to Briny Heights and bringing in some exciting rewards that include:

Designer Homes
With this latest update, players can enjoy two brand-new homes. The first is the McCrabkin Suburban Home, which is an ideal holiday home for families that want to stay together. This grand colonial-themed building offers a warm and cozy feel and is highlighted with, among others, the decorated Christmas tree, grand staircase, and flaming fireplace. There are also a lot of rooms available, letting grown-ups relax while the children run and play. It even has that outdoor seating area in the garden where everyone can just sit back and relax. This home is available as a reward at Tier 45 of the Festival Pass of Sim Festival.
Second is Cordelia's Corner Café, a good place to celebrate the holidays with relatives. Other features of this home are a bedroom apartment on top and umbrella-covered seating outside. It’s available from the Designer Homes Catalog in Build/Buy mode.
Treasure Hunt
For this new update, there are two new Treasure Hunt events where the Grand Prizes are:
