The Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge are available at major U.S. carriers starting Friday, but the 2016 flagship devices will also be available at many non-carrier retail locations across the nation.

Though many retailers are offering the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge online, some including Sam’s Club, Staples, Target and Walmart will only offer the devices in stores. Customers interested in purchasing a Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 Edge from these channels should find their nearest location for more pricing and availability information.

At most locations, the Galaxy S7 will be available in black and gold, while the Galaxy S7 Edge will be available in black, gold and silver. However, model and color option availability may vary by retailer.

Retailers typically offer handsets powered by Verizon, AT&T and Sprint. But some offer T-Mobile handsets or unlocked devices.

The Galaxy S7 features a 5.1-inch Quad HD display, while the Galaxy S7 Edge has a 5.5-inch Quad HD dual-edge display. The handsets mostly feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chip in the U.S., though our Verizon Galaxy S7 is running the Exynos 8890 chip. Both devices feature 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage with microSD expansion up to 200GB, a 12-megapixel camera with f/1.7 aperture, a 5-megapixel front camera and a fingerprint scanner. The smartphones include 3,000mah and 3,600mAh batteries respectively, with fast charging and wireless charging. The devices run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and feature water resistance with an IP68 rating.

Best Buy is offering the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge for the Verizon, Sprint and AT&T networks. The Galaxy S7 for Verizon and Sprint will sell for $199.99 with a two-year contract, while the Galaxy S7 for AT&T will sell for $23.17 per month for 30 months under the Next 24 program.

The Galaxy S7 Edge for Verizon and Sprint will sell for $299.99 with a two-year contract, while the Galaxy S7 for AT&T will sell for $26.50 per month for 30 months under the Next 24 program.

Amazon

Several vendors on Amazon offer the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge factory unlocked. The Galaxy S7 sells for about $795, while the Galaxy S7 Edge sells for about $820. Prices may vary by vendor.

Costco

Costco is offering the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge for Verizon , Sprint , AT&T and T-Mobile networks. The Galaxy S7 for Verizon, AT&T and Sprint is priced at $149.99 with a two-year contract, while the Galaxy S7 Edge for Verizon, AT&T and Sprint sells for $249.99 with a two-year contract. Customers can also purchase handsets from each of these carriers through 24-month equipment installment plans. The T-Mobile Galaxy S7 is selling for $0 down and $27.92 per month for 24 months. The T-Mobile Galaxy S7 Edge is selling for $59.99 down and $30.00 per month for 24 months.
