Returnal PC System Requirements Updated; 16 GB RAM Fine for 1080p

Sony announced yesterday that its PS5-exclusive title, Returnal, is coming to PC in February. The official blog detailed tons of information including the updated system requirements, having more specifics and are slightly lower than previously announced.

Just like any modern game nowadays, Returnal will require Windows 10 64-bit Version 1903 or above, but the title demands 60 GB of free storage space. HDD will work, however, the devs highly recommend SSD.

  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (6 GB) or AMD Radeon RX 580 (8 GB)

  • RAM: 16 GB DDR4
  • Storage: 60 GB HDD (SSD Recommended)
Medium (1080p @ 60 FPS)
  • Graphics Settings: Medium
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (8 GB) or AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT (6 GB)
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-8400 (6 core 2.8 GHz) or AMD Ryzen 5 2600 (6 core 3.4 GHz)

Recommended (1080p @ 60FPS)

  • GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2070 Super (8 GB) or AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT (12 GB)

  • RAM: 16 GB DDR4

Epic (4K @ 60 FPS)
