Capcom confirmed Resident Evil 7 players can expect the highly anticipated Not A Hero DLC to be release some time this spring. That’s not all guys.

Apparently there will be two playable characters in the Resident Evil 7 DLC, with one of them being none other than Chris Redfield. He’s one of the first characters introduced in the original Resident Evil game. Part of us hopes the second character is Leon from Resident Evil 6 , but we’ll be okay if it’s another familiar face.

Earlier reports claimed the Not A Hero DLC would be a continuation of Ethan’s story. Maybe the two playable characters are Ethan and Chris. However, it’s possible Ethan’s story will lead into Chris’ in some way. The tweet released by Capcom claims Chris is “chasing” something. We don’t know what that might be.

We do hope Mia’s story won’t be a huge part of the DLC. We’re still mad she got Ethan caught up in her mess. The dude could’ve lost his life! The least she could’ve done is been honest with him about what she was up to. How hard would it be to say, “Hey, I’m going to babysit a living biological weapon. I might die, but no worries. I’ll leave my purse a video behind for you to find me, maybe. Or I might kill. I can’t make any promises.”

But no, Ethan almost lost a hand and Mia’s walking around possessed AF.

Can we just talk about the Eveline twist though? Did you guys see that coming? We don’t want to spoil it for you, but damn it was a good reveal. It was also extremely satisfying to take her down; she was the source of many headaches in the game.

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is out now for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
