It’s time for another weekly update for Red Dead Online, and this one brings with it a ton of RDO$, experience and other amazing bonuses for players across the Elimination Series of events. There are also new reasons to be excited for Twitch Prime users who have linked their accounts to the Social Club, plus some additional rewards for players who keep powering through the Daily Challenges.
Last week’s update saw the official release of the 3-Day Challenge Streak rewards, as well as rewarding players with some respective bonuses for completing Free Roam missions. Expect the Daily Challenge rewards to pump up for this week’s big update for Red Dead Online, and read on to also see the newest additions to the Wheeler, Rawson and Co. Catalogue.
First off, it’s time to brave those multiplayer modes and go toe to toe with other players in the revamped Elimination Series Playlist. For this week, those with enough courage and fortitude – an insatiable amount of thrill-seeking could be beneficial as well – should check out single elimination modes like Make It Count and Gun Rush. Players who do so can expect some very hefty rewards, as all Elimination Series will pay out 50 percent more cash and XP boost. While you’re at it, enjoy 30 percent more XP on those Ability Cards as well.
This week is also everyone’s last chance for the 3-day Daily Challenge Streak, which rewards players with a Treasure Map for their efforts.
The Wheeler, Rawson and Co. Catalogue is also loaded this week with some limited-time apparel, including the Fanned Stovepipe Hat, Irwin Coat, Porter Jacket and Strickland Boots. All of these should enhance your sense of style while still offering a decent amount of protection to handle anything you throw at it. Also coming in as a permanent addition for the catalog is the plush red and black leather Austin Boots.
Remember to also visit your local Gunsmith this week to access a bevy of discounts and sales across the board, including: 50 percent off all Regular, High Velocity and Express Ammo for Pistols, Revolvers, Repeaters and Rifles, plus 50 percent off all Shotgun Shells and Slugs. All General Stores and Fences will also be offering a hefty 35 percent discount for Cigars, Cigarettes and Jolly Jack's.
