Red Dead Online Weekly Update: It’s Time for Bounty Hunters to Shine

Good news Bounty Hunters! Your time to shine has come in Red Dead Online. Don’t believe us? This week, bringing back bounties, dead or alive, gives you an additional 50% RDO$ and Role XP. This includes Legendary and Infamous criminals.

Meanwhile, players able to finish a Bounty Hunter Free Roam Event like Day of Reckoning or Manhunt get 30% off the Bounty Hunter Wagon along with 2X RDO$ and Role XP for the entire week.

Those trading in Role XP for Gold in the Awards menu get double Bounty Hunter Experience rewards and receive one Gold Bar for each 10K Bounty Hunter XP. Finally, taking a Player Bounty in (or out) can earn you select tints of the Guerrero Gun Belt.

Quick Draw Club

The Quick Draw Club is almost coming to a close. So, this is the last chance to get those items like the snappy Dunster Outfit. Players who have the Quick Draw Club No. 4 get a free Treasure Map.

As a reminder, those who bought all four installments get The Halloween Pass 2 for free.

Discounts

This week, there are some discounts that players will love. First is the five Gold Bars off the Bounty Hunter License. Second is the three Gold Bars off the Prestigious Bounty Hunter License.

Other discounts are:

  • All Bolas (Including Hawkmoth, Brookstone, Gravesend): 50%
  • Reinforced Lasso: 40%
  • All Novice, Promising, and Established Bounty Hunter Role Items: 30%
  • Prestigious Bounty Hunter Lemat Revolver: 30%
  • Shotguns: 30%
  • Improved Saddles: 30%

Prime Gaming

Players who can connect Prime Gaming to their Rockstar Games Social Club account get 40 Capitale and 50% off the Mauser Pistol. This offer ends October 25.

That’s basically it for this week. For sure some of the players aren’t going to be happy with this one. However, it may also mean a larger update coming this Halloween.

Red Dead Online is available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The game was originally the online component for Red Dead Redemption 2 before it was released as a standalone game in December 2020.
