Bethesda released a new trailer for Prey on Thursday, detailing the different types of Typhon your character will encounter during their research on Talos I.

In Prey, you play as scientist Morgan Yu, who’s trying desperately to save humanity from alien invasion whilst holding onto her sanity. Yu is stuck in a sort of time loop after agreeing to install a piece of technology called a neuromod into her brain. Another researcher named Alex might be to blame for Yu’s endless Bill Murray ala Groundhog Day status.

Or Alex might be the scapegoat of something much more sinister happening on Talos I.

Editor’s note: Bethesda gives you the option to make Yu a male or female character in the game.

Back to the new video. The teaser includes four known Typhon species: the Mimic, the Weaver, the Telepath and the Phantom. These Typhon have distinct characteristics which make them challenging enemies during a fight. For example, the Mimic has the ability to disguise itself into inanimate objects. It can become a lamp or a desk chair. You have no way to know if the item you’ve encountered is a Mimic. It’s all fun and games until a coffee cup comes flying into your face and tries to kill you.

Check out the video below for more information about the Typhon.
