Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 has officially been launched in the US for the PlayStation 4. Prepare to put on your favorite Mobile Suits and lay waste to your enemies. This free-to-play game is available as a digital download through the PlayStation Store.
Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 features many of the fan favorite mobile suits, whether by land or space. In the game, players need to fight for survival in 6v6 online battles against players from around the world.
Players can experience a new kind of infantry battle with new additions to the in-game combat. Pilots now have the ability to fight alongside mechas by placing bombs in enemy bases or asking for support fire. In addition, Mobile Suits can now be customized to give players the chance to improve their favorite mecha by earning Development Points through battle.
Shoya Yamazaki, Director of IP Strategy at BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc., shared that the Gundam series has long offered a universe that has storylines full of honor, drama, and of course, intense action. He went on to say that by bringing the game to the Americas, they "invite western audiences to experience the Gundam world first-hand by taking part in visceral Gundam Mobile Suit battles and to dive deeper into this storied universe."

- Join players around the globe in 6v6 team online battles on realistic battlefields.
- Infantry Battle
- Mobile Suits are not the only heroes on the battlefield.
- Take on the role of a pilot that can place bombs in enemy bases or request support fire to contribute to the cause.
- Base Camp
- Interact with players from around the world via an online lobby.
Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 is also expected to feature an evolving rotation of not only of Mobile Suits but also stages, costumes, and events, among others. Additional content is set to arrive after the initial launch.
Bandai also announced that the results for the poll of the top 10 Mobile Suits is already here. The top Mobile Suits are:

These Mobile Suits are going to be available as a free download starting October 1 until October 31.
