Good news for those of you excited about Paragon: The Overprime. This upcoming free-to-play action MOBA game from Netmarble is coming to Early Access, December 8, 2022, on Steam and the Epic Games Store, with players getting access to a roster of 27 heroes.

One of the heroes is Zena, first revealed during G-STAR 2022 Korea. Known as The Light Bringer, she’s a virtual idol from Earth and was summoned by the phantom wolves of Shinbi to Planet Prime. She’s able to move across the warfield with her action-packed visuals and can attack enemies using a distinctive sword created just for her.

Final Test

Since there’s only a few weeks left before the start of Early Access, it’s time for the final test and it starts today, November 21. There’s been a lot of anticipation indicated by at least 30,000 concurrent players reportedly logged in for the final test.

The test offers players two game modes, various maps, and even quality-of-life improvements. Making things even more exciting is that those with Early Access get the “Start Pass,” which offers players rewards like new heroes for each day they log in.

A New MOBA

Paragon: The Overprime is a game that anyone can play for free. Players choose one of the heroes having original skills, try to destroy the base of the enemy, and claim it as their own. The game is played through a third-person view featuring different ways to come up with strategies between heroes and various in-game items.

Each hero in the roster has arrived at Prime for their own reasons. Players can upgrade the unique skills of the hero to improve their play and master the game their own way.

Of course, the game isn't just solo play because players have teammates they can rely on. Teams need to come up with new ways to fight and must unite, strategize, and lead the way to victory.
