Blizzard wants to chase your Monday blues away with an Overwatch match recreated with puppies. On Feb, 19, at 6 p.m. EST on the PlayOverwatch Twitch channel, you’ll be able to see a glorious rendition of canine athletics. There’s only been a brief teaser trailer, featuring McCree, Junkrat, Mei and D.Va doggie cosplayers that will make anyone’s heart melt.

Though we still don’t know much about the actual event, we can do some solid theorycrafting. The rules of the event (if there are any rules at all) will be broken repeatedly. Puppies are a lot like Silver teammates, barking uncontrollably at things they don’t understand, falling off the map to take a nap and just being bad at Overwatch. There will be poop on the payload and piss in the point, just like any average game of ranked.

I’ve watched way too many Puppy Bowls on Animal Planet and can tell you that this mish-mash is going to be one for the ages. I certainly shouldn’t be this excited about puppies and Overwatch , but I totally am. That little Junkrat vest forced an “aww” out of me even after I tried to suppress those feelings of warmth in my video game homages.

Advertising campaigns with unique spins, like Year Of The Dog puppy shenanigans, are always a plus. The folks over at Blizzard have a comically large budget and can use it on ridiculous gimmicks like this. Anyone remember when the Lich King started an ice cream parlor at San Diego Comic-Con? I’ve spent the last year tucked behind the game company's iron curtain and I can say that all they want to do is make cool shit. If it happens to be literal shit out of the rectum of a pug dressed as McCree, I’m all for it.

What are you most excited for in the Overwatch Puppy Rumble? Tell us in the comments with the cutest picture of a dog you can find. Times can be tough, but puppys make everything better.

Overwatch doesn't care if you've ever tried an FPS before, it holds your hands and makes you feel okay while you shoot rocket launchers, icicles and sound waves.
