A new update is now live in Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds, which allows players to use the Imprint System to Imprint Equipment. This should help them take on tough challenges, especially in the newly opened Chaos Field dungeon called Aquarius's Ancient Castle.

That’s not all! The new update also expands the max level, so players can enjoy the game even more and make full use of their newly imprinted equipment.

Find the Imprint Medals

In addition to what’s already been mentioned, there are also limited-time events with special rewards.

For example, in celebration of the new Imprint Equipment system, everyone is invited to the Find the Imprint Medals event from September 21 to October 5. All that needs to be done is clear missions during the event and collect the medals.

The event missions and rewards are:

  • Complete a Swift Solutions Quest x3
    • Reward: Silver Imprint Medal x5
  • Complete a Conquest Mission x2
    • Reward: Silver Imprint Medal x5
  • Dispatch in Familiar Adventure x3
    • Reward: Silver Imprint Medal x5
  • Play Familiar Arena x3
    • Reward: Gold Imprint Medal x5
  • Defeat Monsters in Normal/Chaos Fields x100
    • Reward: Gold Imprint Medal x5

These Imprint Medals can be exchanged for various items at the Event Shop. Read more about this event here.

Time to Hunt for Treasure

There is also the Treasure Hunt Event to help players become more powerful. This event runs from September 21 to October 5, and players need to complete missions and be rewarded with Treasure Hunt Compass.

Using the Treasure Hunt Compasses, players can open each slot of the board where different rewards await. The event board has a total of 25 boxes, and the stage is cleared when the player discovers their selected treasure.

For each stage, players can choose one of the three final treasures. Once they obtain the final treasure of the stage, they move to the next stage. The fifth, 10th, and 15th special stages have more special rewards.

You can learn how the event works and the list of rewards here.

There's also a weekend event where players get these buffs in Chaos Fields and Normal Fields:

  • Buff: Increased drop rate of Soulstone & Specialty by 100%
    • Start: September 24 at 2:00 a.m. ET
