New World February 25 Update
New World February 25 Update Amazon Game Studios

New World, the successful multiplayer game by Amazon, just received some love from the developer. An update went live yesterday that fixed several bugs including the one that stopped story progression. So, the next time you open the game make sure that the patch is installed.

Players can now complete the “Answer the Call” main story quest. All they have to do is reset the quest and they will get access to the required item needed to complete the task. The bug where storage chests will not increase the available town storage total has been addressed as well.

The patch also readies up the game for the upcoming free weekend via Steam. So if you haven’t played New World yet, here’s your chance. The patch notes are mentioned below.

UPDATE 1.4.1

WORLD EXPERIENCE - NOTABLE FIXES
  • Fixed an issue with storage chests not increasing available town storage total.
