NetherRealm Studios’ just released another teaser video for its upcoming title, Mortal Kombat 11. This time around, the teaser showcases 77 different character introductions, and features most of the characters that have been confirmed for the game so far.

Mortal Kombat 11 is the next highly-anticipated installment to the Mortal Kombat franchise. Developed by NetherRealm Studios, the game looks absolutely fantastic so far. Based on the trailers and the teasers that NetherRealm has so generously provided to its fans, this Mortal Kombat could be the best one yet thanks to the combination of top-notch combat and some of the highest-quality facial animations we’ve ever seen in a video game.

Shawn Himmerick, a producer at NetherRealm, has attributed the high quality to the developer's resources. With a one of kind of recording studio set inside an actual bank vault, NetherRealm gets to record and direct all of its voice-overs, sound effects, and dialogue in-house. Combining their unique recording studio with some of the best in motion capture technology, NetherRealm Studios is going all out to make Mortal Kombat 11 an exciting new gaming experience. The result: exhilarating new levels of realism and animation.

Following the success of Mortal Kombat X and the Injustice franchise, NetherRealm Studios has had plenty of breathing room to turn their attention towards refining their style and direction. The developer finds itself in one of the top spots in the industry, and with solid ground to stand on, NetherRealms Studios can strive towards bigger and better goals for its projects.

Here at Player. One, we’re amazed at how far the Mortal Kombat franchise has come. From the digitized sprites of its arcade days back in 1992 to some of the most realistic animations we’ve ever seen in a video game 27 years later, Mortal Kombat has continued to entertained avid gamers for decades.
