Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath has released a character skin pack, and considering what’s going to be celebrated later this month, the theme should be clear. Obviously it’s going to be a Halloween-inspired pack, as this one is called the All Hallow’s Eve Skin Pack.

You can first watch the trailer below:

Going back to this new skin pack, it contains the “Beast Within” Johnny Cage, “Blizzard King” Sub-Zero, and the truly disturbing “Bad Medicine” D’Vorah. This is the third skin pack to be released after the Summer Heat Pack and Klassic Femme Fatale Skin Pack, both of which were released back in August.

Aftermath is the latest expansion for Mortal Kombat 11 and not only expands the story, but also offers new stages and three new characters. These new fighters are Sheeva, Fujin, and RoboCop. Aftermath also marks the return of fatalities and the friendship finishing move.

The story focuses on the Thunder Fire God Liu Kang after the defeat of Kronika. As the protector of Earthrealms and the new keeper of time, all he wants is to be able to secure the future that he has envisioned. However, to make it happen it looks like he needs to enlist the help of unlikely allies as well as some familiar foes.

The three new skin packs are all part of the Aftermath expansion, and are also included in two other bundles. These are:

  • Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath + Kombat Pack Bundle
    • Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath
    • Kombat Pack
      • Six Skin Packs

Mortal Kombat 11 was released in April 2019 for the PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. A version for Google Stadia was released later in November 2019. Upon its release, Mortal Kombat 11 received favorable reviews with critics praising the gameplay, graphics, and of course, story. However, Mortal Kombat 11 did get criticism for its microtransactions and the need to grind. The game lets players choose from 25 base characters, with an additional six from the Kombat Pack. The Aftermath expansion was released in May 2020 and added three more characters to the roster.
