In the game, Jane has been guided by skill, determination, and strong conscience as a doctor. Mjolnir called out to her as she is managing her cancer diagnosis and fighting for the Inhumans. She lifted the weapon with ease and it held her cancer at bay.

With her new powers, she joined the reassembled Avengers in their fight against AIM. However, the Tachyon Storms released by AIM and the Scientist Supreme brought Jane into a new and unfamiliar universe. She now needs to work with the Jane Fost of this universe to learn more about the rifts.
