One of the best surprise announcements last year – at least for me – was that of Little Nightmares II, a sequel to the incredibly underrated horror adventure game from Tarsier Studios. The minimalist and atmospheric horror-filled trailer was one of the highlights of Gamescom that year, and this year as well. With Tokyo Game Show coming up as well, publisher Bandai Namco has now released details for avid game collectors and the game’s biggest fans as to what they can expect for Special Editions, Day One purchases, and pre-order bonuses.

First, we have the Little Nightmares II Day One Edition, which will be made available for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch. It includes the full game, a digital mini soundtrack composed of five tracks, and a Nomes’ hat cosmetic item, which players can get by following the Nomes in-game and solving their special in-game puzzle. The hat will be given as a reward upon completion.

Next up is the TV Edition, which is what collectors should look out for. It will be made available for all platforms including PC; the included Little Nightmares II game will be on Blu-ray disc for PS4 and Xbox One, cartridge for the Switch and as a digital code for PC. It comes in a Collector’s TV box featuring Mono pulling Six out of a TV, a figurine featuring the same scene as the TV box, the full Little Nightmares II soundtrack on CD, a 56-page art book featuring the making of Little Nightmares II, a collectible steelbook and exclusive stickers.

The TV Edition also comes with digital goodies, including the same Nomes’ hat cosmetic item from the Day One Edition, a copy of the full digital soundtrack, a digital art book, digital wallpapers and avatars, and a dynamic theme which is only available for the PS4 version.

Finally, those willing to shell out now and pre-order any edition of Little Nightmares II will receive a free Mokujin Mask cosmetic item for Mono. This replaces his paper bag headgear with the iconic Mokujin log from Tekken, another Bandai Namco game.

Little Nightmares II is coming for the PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC on February 11, 2021. It’s also due out for the PS5 and Xbox Series consoles later the same year.
