League of Legends is tweaking Teemo's abilities and players can test it out on the Public Beta Environment, or PBE Board. The changes were announced by Champions team Senior Game Designer Jeevun "Riot Jag" Sidhu on Teemo's birthday.

Putting the hero in PBE means that developers are looking for early feedback on the proposed changes. According to Riot Jag, the goal is to allow Teemo players more Teema—that is, allow for more sneaking and poisoning. The developers also hope resolve some play issues, mainly on Mushrooms and Blind. They also want Teemo to be less of a threat in low MMR and a better hero when playing at high MMR.

The first major change for Teemo is that Toxic Shot is now his Innate Skill. With this, the hero's basic attack deals around 10-50 bonus magic damage while leaving a poison DoT that can deal 24-192 magic damage over four seconds.

Blinding Dart is now a Poison Debuff and has its base damage lowered from 80/125/170/215/260 to 80/115/150/185/220. AP Ratio was lowered as well, from 0.8 to 0.6. It should be noted that when blinded, enemies will miss their attacks. This means ranged opponents will have their attacks fly harmlessly past Teemo or his allies. Melee heroes will look as if they are swinging at the air.

Guerilla Warfare no longer grants invisibility but instead gives camoulage. With this change, the skill is now active and enables Teemo to enter Camouflage state for 3-5 seconds after a 1 second delay. While under this effect, Teemo is slowed by 25/22.5/20/17.5/15 percent. Once the effect ends, Teems gets Attack Speed of 20/30/40/50/60% for three seconds. Camouflage does not count down if the hero is standing still or in a brush.

Finally Noxious Trap has both base damage and AP ratio lowered. The health of mushrooms has been increased from 6 at all ranks to 6/8/10. Max ammo count has been increased as well from 3 to 3/4/5.

Move Quick is still the same with the minor exception that it no longer breaks stealth.

Riot Jag said that these changes will disappear in a few months while the team continues to work on the visual effects that go with these changes in the gameplay.
