Jurassic World Evolution 2 is all set to test how well you can manage a dinosaur park beginning November 9. It offers an original Campaign mode along with expanded construction options and additional customization choices. The game is set to be released on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.

New Story

The Campaign Mode puts players in an original story set after the events of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Players help the Department of Fish and Wildlife put up new facilities across the US to contain the wild dinosaurs. They won’t be doing it blindly since helping them are Dr. Ian Malcolm (voiced by Jeff Goldblum) and Claire Dearing (voiced by Bryce Dallas Howard).

What If Situations

Players can also look forward to the new Chaos Theory mode. It puts players in some of the pivotal moments of the franchise and let them make their own mark. For example, what would have happened if John Hammond actually ran the original Jurassic Park? How about building their very own Jurassic World?

Other Modes

The usual modes that players are familiar with remain in this sequel. The Sandbox mode gives players the tools they need to unleash their creativity and come up with their very own dinosaur park. Challenge mode, on the other hand, is a true test of the player’s management skills. It has players take on various missions with increasing difficulty.

Game Details

Jurassic World Evolution 2 features at least 75 prehistoric species for players to discover. These include flying and marine reptiles. In this sequel, the dinosaurs feel more alive than ever, especially with new behaviors when interacting with each other. With bioengineering, players can customize how their dinosaurs look. There are even new traits unlockable when altering genomes.

Pre-Order Details

Players can now pre-order the game across different platforms, and those who do will get some exciting in-game rewards. The Standard Edition is priced at $59.99. There is also the Deluxe Edition priced at $69.99, and it includes:

  • Three exclusive vehicle skins inspired by the Dinosaur Protection Group
  • Six guest building amenity signs
