'Hitman': Elusive Target 19 Is Taking A Trip To Paris During PAX South

A new Elusive Target is coming to Hitman later this month, Square Enix and Io Interactive have confirmed, and the latest timed contract on offer to the Hitman community sends players back to one of the game’s most popular maps: Paris.

As usual, details on the next Elusive Target to show up in Agent 47’s case files are scarce. Square Enix and Io Interactive say fans can expect the mark, one William “The Blackmailer” Walter, to show up in Paris at 8 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 27. Our lone screenshot of the victim suggests he’ll be part of Helmet Kruger’s fashion show, or at least using it for access to the mansion grounds, and that taking down Walter will only be half the battle. Hitman players will also need to recover a memory stick, presumably hidden somewhere inside the mansion, before Elusive Target 19 can be completed successfully.

Fortunately, for those of us who will be attending PAX South next weekend, the contract for Elusive Target 19 will remain available a bit longer than usual. Instead of the usual seven-day contract window, Hitman players will have 10 days to plan and execute a hit on Walter Williams and the theft of a memory stick. We’re sure the extra time doesn’t have anything to do with Hitman: The Complete First Season making its retail debut next week or the impending arrival of a bonus mission that could distract Hitman players from task at hand.

Hitman is currently available for download on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Hitman: The Complete First Season heads to stores on Jan. 31.
