It's all systems go for the third Hearthstone Masters Tour of the year. This one is all about the game's newest expansion which is Masters Tour: Voyage to the Sunken City. More than 400 players from at least 40 countries are fighting to get a large share of the $250,000 prize pool. Matches start this Thursday, April 28, with the Grand Final on April 30.

The stakes are even higher this time where players can earn points toward the Masters Summer Championship this June and an invite to Grandmasters: Last Call.

Here are the details of the upcoming Masters Tour:

YouTube Drops

For fans, there's a chance to earn as many as two Voyage to the Sunken City card packs. On any of the YouTube channels mentioned, watch two total hours to get one pack. Watch for two more hours and get the second pack. The thing to remember is that the time watched is cumulative, so there's no need to watch the entire four hours in one sitting.

To get the rewards, players need to link their YouTube and Blizzard Battle.net accounts. Here’s how to do it:

  • Log in or create an account on YouTube.
  • Navigate to Account Sharing under “Connected Apps” in Settings.
  • Select “Connect” next to Battle.net.
  • Follow the simple prompts to finish connecting accounts.
  • When connecting accounts, be sure that you’re currently logged into the Blizzard account on which you’d like to receive your Drops.

New Expansion

The Voyage to the Sunken City expansion went live a few weeks back. The expansion added 135 new cards, which included a new minion type and a new keyword. The new minion type is the Nago, vengeful creatures drawn to magic and have stronger effects when players cast spells as they watch from the players' hands.

The new keyword is Dredge. What it does is allow players to look at the bottom cards of their deck and choose one to bubble up to the top.

Hearthstone is available on PC, Android, and iOS.
