The new life simulator Harvestella is finally out on PC through Steam and Nintendo Switch. In the game, players are invited to experience a beautiful word which changes with the flow of the seasons. There’s also a lot to enjoy like tending crops, making friends with the townspeople, and adventuring in dungeons.

For those of you who aren’t sure yet, a free demo is available on Nintendo Switch. Once you decide to buy the full game, you can use your saved data.

Seaslight and Quietus

The world of Harvestella is both colorful and vibrant. One of the things that makes the game world great is the four giant crystals known as “Seaslight.” These crystals are the reason why there is a stable change between the world’s four seasons.

The adventure starts when abnormalities start to appear in the Seaslight and creates the “Quietus.” This is a season of death which takes place between the naturally occurring seasons. During this period, crops wither and people can’t go outside. Making things worse is that the Quietus seems to be growing longer with each year.

Game Features

As a life simulation RPG, players can grow and tend crops. They can also use ingredients to cook and craft items. They can even visit different towns and interact with the townsfolk. Of course, players can also go into the overworld which changes based on the season.
