One of the most important games on the Xbox has found its way to PC. Finally, after so long, Halo: Master Chief Collection is complete on PC. Well, it’s going to be within a week. The last game in the collection, Halo 4, will launch on PC on November 17. You can purchase Halo 4 separately on Steam for $10, or you can purchase the entire Master Chief Collection for $40, which will give you a total of six games.

Halo was one of the biggest exclusives on Xbox. However, last year Microsoft revealed that they intend to bring every game in the Master Chief Collection to PC. The PC versions of the Halo games are superior looking, have additional features, and also run better. Some exclusive pieces of armor have also been added to the PC version from time to time.

Halo: Master Chief Collection includes six Halo games. They are mentioned below.

  • Halo: Reach
  • Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary
  • Halo 2 Anniversary
  • Halo 3
  • Halo 3 ODST
  • Halo 4

Halo 4's release on PC doesn’t mean that the post-launch support for the Master Chief Collection games will stop. There are still tons of minor issues to fix. Developer 343 Industries also regularly includes new content and features with their frequent updates.

With Halo 4's launch on PC, the only major Halo game that will not be available for Windows is Halo 5. Unfortunately, Microsoft has already announced that they have no plans to bring the latest Halo game to PC. However, if the company changes its stance then we will have the entire franchise on the master race.

That’s not all, the upcoming Halo: Infinite will also launch on PC. Infinite was supposed to be an Xbox Series X/S launch title, however, it was unfortunately delayed to 2021. Halo: Infinite will be part of the Xbox Game Pass from Day One, so subscribers can practically play the game for free.
