We’re only two days away from the upcoming Ghost Recon Wildlands open beta, which makes two provinces of the Bolivian countryside available to players, and Ubisoft is doing what it can to ensure fans don’t spend half the test downloading the early build of Ghost Recon Wildlands.

Pre-loading for the Ghost Recon Wildlands open beta is now available on PC and consoles, less than 48 hours before the four-day testing period begins, which should give most players more than enough time to download the partial build of GRW before the servers go live on Thursday. According to a recent blog post, the Ghost Recon Wildlands open beta will make two entire provinces (Itacua and Montuyoc) available to the community, each featuring several missions. We’ll even get to see some of the Santa Blanca Cartel’s training grounds during the GRW beta.

Ubisoft also published minimum and recommended system requirements for the PC versions, both of which we’ve republished below, which turned out to be much more reasonable than some fans may have expected. It also means a much larger pool of players can participate in both the open beta and (should they enjoy their time) the game’s official launch next month.

Here are the system requirements for Ghost Recon Wildlands, via Ubisoft:

Minimum system requirements:

  • Operating System: MS Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64bit versions only)
