Fortnite Update 17.20 has been released and it introduces the ICON series skins for Bugha and adds preferred item slots to make it easier for you to manage your inventory.
Bugha ICON Series
Kyle “Bugha” Giersdorf is famous for being the champion of the Fortnite World Cup back in 2019. Because he is a prominent figure in the community, developer Epic Games added three new skins that you can get starting today. These are the Bugha Outfit, the Bugha Elite Style, and the World Champion Bugha Style.
Each skin is an accurate depiction of the champion, complete with jogger pants, matching shoes, his dog Zoey, the championship trophy, and a pair of pickaxes. He also has his own emote which is one of the dances he performed during the championship ceremony.
Bugha joins the ranks of LeBron James and other popular stars in getting their own Fortnite ICON Series skins.
New Events
Aside from Bugha’s ICON series bundle, you can also expect two new events - one of which starts today until next week.
The first event is called Bugha’s Late Game Arena. To participate, you must group up with two of your buddies and your trio will drop on the island with the storm already closing in.
You will compete with two other trios and must use one of the three-team loadouts; each containing weapons specially curated by Bugha and the devs.
Participating in the event will allow you to earn “Hype,” which is a special point system exclusive to the Late Game Arena.
Earning at least 1,500 Hype will qualify your group for the second event called Bugha’s Late Game Tournament, which will start on July 28.
Qualified players in your region will also have the chance to compete for a fair share of the $100,000 grand prize.

Preferred Item Slots
Have you ever been frustrated with your inventory and how cluttered it is? If so, you’re actually not the only one as players have been clamoring for a better sorting feature for some time now.
In the latest update, a new feature called Preferred Item Slots was added. This new system just makes it far easier to manage your most used items.
