Fault: New History Tab and Balancing Changes in Patch 0.16.2

The third-person MOBA game Fault has received a new update that introduced the History tab. Patch 0.16.2 also implemented some balancing changes to certain heroes and items.

A new menu tab has been added to Fault. The History tab contains the stats of everyone in your previous matches. This includes total gold earned per team, the number of kills for each hero, and the items used, to name a few. The developers will improve this tab further by allowing you to use this page to view your recorded replays.

Patch 0.16.2 brings some balancing adjustments as well. Dekker’s Ion Boosters have their vertical distance increased to 600 on all levels, in exchange for higher mana costs now at 40/50/60/70/80.

Aside from that, Feng Mao’s Guardian’s Shield ability no longer deals damage based on leftover shield after the shield expires. However, the shield’s physical power scaling is increased to 125%. Also, it now grants 5/7.5/10/12.5/15% spell vamp and lifesteal while active.

For items, each Blink now has a cooldown. This applies to the regular Blink, Cursed Blink, Death Blink, and Quantum Blink. On top of that, all Blink variants have been changed to now work in battle. This means that you can now use Quantum Blink immediately, for example, even after entering combat.

  • Low Health Camera Effect
    • Reduced the low health camera effect so that it takes up less of the screen
  • Damage Taken Indicator
    • Changed the damage taken indicator around the player's crosshair to only show when a turret or an enemy hero damages the player
    • Duration of the indicator showing up reduced to 1.5 seconds
  • Sands of Time
    • Unique active - Stasis: Enter Stasis for 2.5 seconds. 150-second cooldown
    • 600 Gold
    • Builds into Nirvana Jewel and Radiant Poise
  • Sigil of Fervor
    • Unique passive - Crushing Presence: Deal 3 to 20 (based on Hero Level) Energy Damage per second to enemies within 600 units. Damage is increased by 100% against minions and monsters
    • 250 Health
    • 1000 Gold
    • Builds out of a Green Thumb
    • Almighty Gale and Baleful Armor will now build out of this component
  • Fiery Swords (Q)
    • Base damage reduced to 100/140/180/220/260
    • Physical power scaling increased to 22% per tick (220% total scaling over 5 seconds)
  • Power of the Heavens (E)
    • Energy power scaling increased to 85%
    • Mana cost reduced to 60 at all levels
