Fallout 76 Season 2 is set to end on December 15. That also means Season 3 begins that day to bring the new “Scribe of Avalon” Scoreboard. To make the most of the remaining time in the season, Fallout 76 is launching another Double S.C.O.R.E. event.

It will start on December 1 at 12:00 PM ET until December 7 at 12:00 PM ET. During this period, Daily and Weekly Challenges are awarding twice the amounts of S.C.O.R.E. So, maximize rank-ups and to claim those last few rewards.

There’s Still Time to Look for Treasure

Early this week, Treasure Hunter Mole Miners started appearing all over Appalachia. While many players have stepped up to stop them, it made them more persistent. But at least there’s still time to take them down and claim rewards. This event lasts until November 30 at 12:00 PM ET.

Steel Dawn Update Highlights

This week, players got treated with a surprise as Fallout 76 dropped the Steel Dawn update. It was originally scheduled in December but the developers considered the early rollout. Read about that new update here.

That update showed some minor changes in the game. One of those was the improvements to the Survival Mechanic. Developers revealed that based on community feedback, Hunger and Thirst were “a little too punishing.” To address it, all negative effects were removed. Developers applied adjustments as an offset. Players “gain bonuses to your Action Point regeneration, max HP, and Disease Resist that start when you’re partially fed and hydrated.” These bonuses also increase as players eat and drink. It even offers +1 Endurance and Strength when the hunger and thirst bars of players are full.

New updates are expected to head over to the Atomic Shop. In particular, Dynamic Bundles will show up on December 1. This new feature affects the bundle price. When a player buys a bundle but already has at least one of the items they contain, the price of the bundle is immediately lowered.

Fallout 76 is also adding a bundles category in the Atomic Shop. This should allow players to find all bundles in one place. That feature will ensure that Fallout 1st specific sales are highlighted for members.
