Evil West, the upcoming action game is coming, November 22, to all major platforms. We could have been playing the game a few months early, but the title was delayed from its initial September release date.

Before you buy the game, you might want to check out some crucial details. The developer has revealed the official PC system requirements, and thankfully, they are quite low. We also now know what kind of performance you can expect from every console.

PC players will need Windows 10 64-bit at the very least; anything below and you can’t enjoy the game. Detailed requirements are mentioned below.

Minimum
  • OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-2500k (3.3 GHz) or AMD FX-6300 X6 (3.5 GHz)
  • Memory: 8 GB
  • GPU: GeForce GTX 750 Ti or Radeon RX 460
  • Notes: 1080p, 30 FPS, Medium settings
Recommended
  • OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-10505 (3.2 GHz) or AMD Ryzen 51600 (3.2 GHz)
  • Memory: 16 GB
  • GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 or Radeon RX 590
  • Notes: 1080p, 60 FPS, Epic settings

The performance on consoles might tell a different story. Current-gen consoles can only run the game at 30 FPS, and the resolution and quality differ depending on the console version. PS4 Pro will have better graphical quality and Xbox One X will support 2160p instead of 1080p.

The new-gen consoles, on the other hand, can choose between quality or performance modes. Quality mode is 4K at 30 FPS, whereas performance mode is 1080p at 60 FPS. There’s no option for 1440p unfortunately.

A detailed explanation is mentioned below.

  • Xbox One/One S: 1080p @ 30 FPS
  • Xbox One X: 2160p @ 30 FPS
  • PS4: 1080p @ 30 FPS
  • PS4 Pro: 1080p @ 30 FPS (with improved graphical quality compared to PS4)
  • Xbox Series S: 1080p @ 30 FPS
  • Xbox Series X: 2160p @ 30 FPS (quality)/1080p @ 60 FPS (performance)
  • PS5: 2160p @ 30fps (quality)/1080p @ 60 FPS (performance)
