Eustace is now officially part of the Granblue Fantasy: Versus roster. He arrives as the fifth character under the Character Pass 2 DLC bundle. What makes him unique and exciting is that he’s the first in the game to use a gun as a weapon. That means he’s particularly good in mid- and long-range combat.
The Lone Wolf Eustace is the fifth of six characters planned under the Character Pass 2 DLC bundle. The bundle is priced at $34.99 though players have the option to buy the new fighter individually for $6.99. A new battle stage known as Dydroit Belt is also being offered at $3.99.
Weapons at the Ready
There’s no doubt that Eustace won’t stop at anything to finish his mission. His gun may be dangerous but that doesn’t mean you can take his explosives and bladed weapons for granted.
His main weapon, known as Flamek, shoots lighting projectiles known as Flamek Thunder. The gun can also fire a Slow Kill projectile that bounces off the ground. Rat Race, meanwhile, is a grenade toss that explodes after a certain period. There’s the Rat Race (+) as well and it attaches itself to enemies and is detonated using a projectile attack.
Eustace features a rushdown attack called Close Combat which offers four follow-ups.
Skins
Eustace's default weapon skin is the Flamek Thunder. Through the RPG Mode, he can get these other weapon skins:

- Albacore Rifle
- Tiamat Bolt Omega
- Colossus Carbine Omega
- Sephira Emerald Blaster
- Stratomizer
RPG Mode
As Eustace becomes part of the game, new episodes are introduced including:
- Operation Omega
- Location: The Grandcypher
- Unlock Requirement: Clear Episode 50: “For the Sake of the Skies” (Normal)

- This quest is still displayed even if Eustace is not available as a playable character.
