EA Sports F1 24 Invites You to Watch and Enjoy The 10 Racers Virtual Competition

To kick off what is one of the most anticipated race weekends of the F1 calendar, Electronic Arts is launching a virtual race on F1 24. Dubbed as "The 10 Racers," it promises to build on the success of Las Vegas Showrun held last season and is sure to whet the appetite of F1 fans. It's going to stream this Wednesday, May 22, at 2:00 p.m. ET, on the Formula 1 YouTube channel and to be hosted by Sky Sports presenter Naomi Schiff and P1's Matt Gallagher,

This virtual competition has the likes of Scuderia Ferrari's Charles Leclerc and William Racing's Alex Albon race on the Circuit de Monaco in Monte Carlo. They'll be going against the likes of global football superstars Diogo Jota and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang along with content creators WillNE, Chesnoid, MaximeMXM, Liam Kalevi, AverageF1Consumer, and ElReyGuiri.

Overall, the competition is set to showcase the new Dynamic Handling feature of F1 24. With this, players can experience realistic and predictable performance and armed with the confidence to take on those tight 3.337km street circuit.

In a statement, Codemasters Senior Creative Director Lee Mather revealed that this competition brings together the best of Formula 1 talent. He added that it should deliver a fun-packed race evening that kicks off the launch celebrations of the game.

Pre-orders of the game are now available. Those who pre-order the digital-exclusive F1 24 Champions Edition immediately gain access to a selection of new-season F1 team liveries for use in F1 23's Time Trial. That's not all since they can also get the Hunt and Montoya as Icons along with 18,000 Pitcoin and an F1 World Bumper Pack. They can also enjoy up to three days of early access starting May 28 plus one bonus VIP Podium Pass. Meanwhile, players who pre-order the Standard Edition receive 5,000 Pitcoin and an F1 World Starter Pack.

F1 24 is officially launching on May 31 and to be available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and the Xbox Series X/S. It's also releasing for the PC through the EA App, Epic Games Store, and Steam.
