“Destiny 2” players who do not feel like baking cookies and cakes as part of the game’s Dawning holiday event have some other changes to look forward to this week. The game’s 2.1.3 update is live, and according to Bungie’s blog , it should make getting to the newest content in “Destiny 2” a bit easier for players who feel stuck.

Version 2.1.3 does not significantly alter the game, but it should be easier to get to the new “The Black Armory” content. “Destiny 2” players under power level 600 will now get high-powered rewards at higher rates when completing Director Challenges, per Bungie.

The aim there is to fix a common complaint with recent “Destiny 2” content, namely that it required too much grinding for gear to even see it. The “Forsaken” expansion raised the Power cap to 600, and “The Black Armory” raised it to 650; players needed to be above the old cap of 600 to even see the new content.

Aside from that, the patch mostly brought bug fixes and minor changes. The final boss fight in the new “Scourge of the Past” raid should no longer glitch and render the raid impossible to finish, for example.
