Xur’s inventory for the week of January 22 consists of the following:
- Skyburner's Oath, Exotic Scout Rifle: 29 Legendary Shards.
- Lucky Raspberry, Exotic Hunter Chest Armor: 23 Legendary Shards.
- Actium War Rigs, Exotic Titan Chest Armor: 23 Legendary Shards.
- Karnstein Armlets, Exotic Warlock Gauntlets: 23 Legendary Shards.
- Exotic Engram: 97 Legendary Shards.
Skyburner's Oath
Skyburner's Oath is an exotic scout rifle. Its exotic perk, Slug Rifle, causes the weapon to deal additional damage using aim down sights. The secondary perk makes the rifle shoot like an assault rifle, which deals extra damage against certain enemies in PvE. Skyburner's Oath is pretty decent for PvP situations, and you can grab the scout rifle for 29 Legendary Shards.
Lucky Raspberry:
Lucky Raspberry is an exotic hunter chest armor. Its exotic perk, Probability Matrix, gives your arc grenades chain effect and more damage. This is only useful for defeating enemies in PvE but less significant against players in PvP as they usually move around. You can grab the hunter chest armor for 23 Legendary Shards.
Actium War Rig:
Actium War Rig is an exotic titan chest armor. Its exotic perk, Auto-Loading Link, steadily reloads the magazine of your equipped auto-rifle or machine gun. There are better chest armors you could use for your build. But if you like collecting exotics or have shards to spare, it’s a good deal. You can grab the chest armor for 23 Legendary Shards.
Karnstein Armlets
The Karnstein Armlets are exotic warlock gauntlets. Its exotic perk, Vampire's Caress, grants increased resilience and mobility when used in melee. Melee kills now heal you, which is very helpful across all game modes. In PvP, where you can use the melee attacks more conveniently, the benefits are greater.
